If you forget your password, you can reset it yourself - as long as you can remember and access the email address you used to register with.

Go to the Login screen and click the "Request a Magic Login Link" link.

On the next screen, enter the email address you registered to create your Control Group account with and press the orange REQUEST MAGIC LINK button.

You will see the following message:

If you email is registered in the system, you will recieve an email that contains a link that will allow you access into your account.

This link is only valid for 4 hours from the time it was requested.

You can now change your password, if you wish - see MANAGE ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
